Welcome to MAATI! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MAATI. MAATI operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). MAATI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including fabric, color, and print. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until MAATI confirms it. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Once accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests — please review your order carefully before submitting. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Return & Exchange Policy. You confirm your purchases are for personal use, not commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order, as shown in your confirmation email. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

Promotional pricing — including combo pricing (2 items at ₹1299) and the flat 10% prepaid discount — is subject to the specific conditions stated at checkout (e.g. prepaid payment method) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and payment information, and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped free of charge. Estimated delivery: 7 working days within India, 10–15 days for USA/UK/Canada/Europe, and approx. 20 days for the rest of the world. These are estimates only, not guarantees — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services — including the MAATI name, logo, product designs, prints, photography, and text — is owned by MAATI or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

Where third-party tools are made available through our Services, they are provided "as is," without warranty, and any use is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MAATI is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with MAATI, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by us, royalty-free, for any purpose, including commercial use. You confirm your feedback is your own, lawful, and non-infringing.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to cancel affected orders, even after submission.
